Bank Holidays - Minimum 2 night booking.
Appleby Fair ( 07-13 June) - Minimum 3 night booking
Lowther Show (10-12 Aug) - Minimum 2 night booking

Upon booking a non-refundable deposit of £35 per room is required by credit card.
Balance paid upon departure ( except Appleby Fair week)

Cancellation before arrival date - Confirmed Bookings

    * More than 7 days before arrival - Loss of Deposit
      7 Days or less before arrival - Cancellation Fee = Room Cost of Full Stay 

Cancellation - Appleby Fair (Full payment in advance only).

     * Before 4th May  - Refund less £50 per room
       After 4th May     - Cancellation Fee = Room Cost of Full Stay


We are unable to accept children under the age of 16 or pets.

Check in 4.00pm - 7.00pm (please telephone for later arrival)
No Check in is possible after 9.00pm.
Check out by 10.00am
